Neil Darling is the founder and chief executive officer of RingLeader, the leading provider of internet phone services for businesses of all sizes. A visionary leader, Darling embraces disruption to drive innovation and growth. He founded RingLeader with a mission to empower changemakers to communicate securely, quickly and effectively, resulting in the product launch of RingLeader’s revolutionary social communications application, CrowdVoice.

Darling is a serial entrepreneur with nearly twenty years of experience building and running successful companies and is recognized as an expert in voice-over-internet engineering, internet operations, IT service management and management consulting. He began his career in the early 90’s as a consultant and manager with Andersen Consulting. After a stint with Andersen, he formed his own e-business incubator called Net-Centric consulting. In 2003, convinced VoIP was going mainstream, he formed and managed EtherSpeak Communications as a pure-play VoIP integrator where he refined his vertical expertise within real estate, financial services, government and retail. In 2005, he received InfoWorld’s top 10 award for “Most Innovative IT Project” for a revolutionary VoIP implementation for a real estate bulwark. In 2016, Darling led the horizontal merger of EtherSpeak into RingLeader, Inc.

Darling earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Marist College. In his free time, he volunteers with local nonprofits, participates in running challenges and spends time with his wife Rebecca and their five children.
